"Super easy NEX pickup"
I ordered online for pickup at my local NEX and it went smoother than I expected. The ready-for-pickup email came fast, and when I got there, my order was already waiting. I was in and out in just a few minutes, which felt like a small win for the day.

"Support works when it wants to"
I do like some of the products on the site, but trying to get help is a headache. I messaged them about an order and waited days for a response, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really answer what I asked. I had to follow up again just to get anywhere. It kind of feels like customer service works when it wants to. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slow and not very helpful.

I was expecting the return to be kind of a pain but it really wasn’t, I sent it back without any hassle and the refund came through quickly too, so overall it was a lot smoother than I expected.

"Order issue took a ridiculous amount of time to fix"
I had an issue with an online order from mynavyexchange.com, it took way longer than it should have to get resolved. Having to explain the same problem more than once was ridiculous and made the whole thing even more frustrating.

They did eventually fix it, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. The customer service reps were polite, but at first they didn’t really seem to help much, and the whole process felt slow and disorganized.

I’m the kind of person who gets annoyed fast when checkout pages are clunky, so I was happy this one went smoothly. I ordered a few things, the pages loaded without dragging, my discount showed up right away, and the payment went through without any weird errors. The confirmation email came quickly too. Nothing flashy, but that’s exactly how I like it, it just worked

My package showed up right when it was supposed to, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole time. Everything was there and the delivery itself was fine, so no complaints on that part. That said, given the overall situation with my order, I’m still expecting some kind of compensation or follow-up from customer service.

I bought a few things on mynavyexchange.com and, to be fair, the payment process went smoother than I expected. My card went through right away, no random error messages, and I didn’t get hit with any weird duplicate charges. The confirmation email showed up quickly too. I wouldn’t say I was excited about it, but it did what it was supposed to do, so I’d probably use it again

I ordered from mynavyexchange.com the other day, mostly because I was trying to get a few things knocked off my list before I forgot again, and the shipping surprised me. It got here way faster than I expected, which was nice because I had already mentally prepared to wait a while.
